  4. Confidentiality: Many people are still getting used to the idea of going to therapy, and are concerned that they will run into people they know at an in-person office. Telehealth can provide increased privacy, reducing anxiety and allowing yourself time to get comfortable with therapy. Not to mention, telehealth uses electronic health records which provide increased security.
